From the main menu, tap the Inventory module. This is where all your green (unroasted) coffee beans are tracked — from purchase to the last scoop.
Your inventory displays all coffees with key details at a glance: bean name, country of origin, processing method, vendor, remaining weight, and cost per pound. Use the search bar or filter by region to find any bean quickly.
Tap “Add Coffee” to open the entry form. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Start by selecting the Country — this auto-populates the World Region and unlocks country-specific Quality Grades and Growing Regions.

Enter the weight in pounds and total cost. RoastSource automatically calculates your price per pound — displayed in real time as you type.
Tap “Add Coffee” to save. Your new bean immediately appears in the inventory list with full tracking. As you roast, the remaining weight automatically decreases — keeping your inventory accurate without manual adjustments.
Tap any coffee in your inventory to edit its details, adjust remaining weight, or update cost information. All changes save instantly to your device.
